Do I need to provide a 3D model?

Complex prints, prototypes, engineering parts, and replacement components usually require a customer-supplied printable 3D model. A photo or drawing can explain your idea, but does not replace a print-ready file. For simpler QR or branded products, discuss the artwork and setup with us.

Which files can I share?

STL, 3MF, and OBJ are the formats to start with. Include the intended dimensions and units, and tell us if the model contains separate parts. We review files before confirming suitability.

Can you help with 3D design?

3D Design Assistance is available on request. Share the brief and references so we can discuss whether help is available, the scope, and any separate cost. Complex design, reverse engineering, and model repair are not guaranteed services.

Can I request a small batch or multiple variants?

Yes, tell us the quantity for each part or variant and any color differences in your requirements or notes. Availability, consistency, material options, and timing are reviewed with your files.

How are price and delivery time confirmed?

Each request is reviewed individually. Model geometry, size, material, quantity, finish requirements, and delivery location affect the quote. You receive the final price and estimated timing through the WhatsApp conversation; this website does not calculate an automatic price.

Does the form upload my file or place an order?

The form prepares a WhatsApp message with your details. It does not upload files or place an order. Review the message and send it in WhatsApp, then attach your model files there or include an accessible sharing link.

What about replacement parts and fit?

Include the intended use, material expectations, and critical fit dimensions. Suitability is reviewed individually; a print is not automatically suitable for every load, temperature, or application. We focus on selected non-critical components.
